Meet Our
Founder & COO Carlos Martinez

I am a Chicago native with Mexican and Peruvian blood, currently residing in Chicago. Having grown up in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, his passion lies in learning, practicing, and advocating for the servant leadership philosophy, as well as leadership innovation and vision development within organizations.

I am committed to serving my community, city, and the world, and I believe in the importance of selfless, purpose-driven leadership. I am dedicated to making a difference with a diverse skill set that includes office administration, organizational development, marketing and communications, public relations, and more. I have also completed various certifications in fundraising and development, organizational innovation and creativity, and DEI leadership. With over five years of experience in the education and nonprofit sectors, I bring both passion and expertise to my work.

I hold an associate’s degree in business administration from Arrupe College of Loyola University Chicago, a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Loyola University Chicago, and a master’s degree in education and human development with a focus on organizational leadership and learning from George Washington University.
